I'm a freight forwarder (with a small van), in certain places they require safety shoes.
I found them extremely comfortable: you don't feel their weight so much, they leave room in the wide toe box for the free movement of the toes, and maintain flexibility when walking or bending down. Excellent quality of materials and finish, so I think that despite not being leather, they are made to last for a long time.
I was so happy to discover these shoes when I was online searching to see if there was another barefoot safety shoe on the market. I had been looking to replace me worn out Birkenstocks. I was chuffed to find these! They are a little expensive for a non leather shoe, but so far they seem to be worth the splurge. They are lighter than my current Birkenstock and have such a comfortable fit straight from the box.
I've worn them a couple of weeks now and I'm loving the flexibility and security they give me in my warehouse job. I recommend these shoes!

I have been wearing barefoot shoes exclusively for a few years, but could never find a safety toed barefoot work shoe. Now I can say I will be a repeat customer! Unlike all my other barefoot shoes, these do require a short break in period, but once broken in, these are the most comfortable work shoes I’ve ever owned. Before purchasing, I wondered how a shoe could have a barefoot feel and still have the durability of a work shoe. I wondered no more. They are tough, and feel great. One day I even forgot to bring work socks so I had to work all day in my shoes with no socks. They felt good all day long. That would have been excruciating in my old work boots.

I am a new customer. My first shoes I ordered are the SAFETY TRAINERS. It’s been approximately 2 weeks wearing them for my career. Absolutely enjoy them. Lots of room for my toes to sit properly. My feet feel great in them. Not too heavy. Looking forward to ordering a few more styles of footwear. Keep up the great work Gaucho Ninja.

Material quality and construction is perfect.
Only reservation being; pay for express deliver as a standard option which is £9, the product is shipped express from Ireland to the UK store via UPS express (one day with real time tracking gps) but then feom store to you it is done via Royal mail at a slower rate and with no GPS tracking.
The whole experience would be better if royal mail were not used and either continued with UPS or finished with DPD so that customers can track it real time with GPS location to ensure the most efficient delivery experience. Other than that i really love the boots genuine 10/10!
This is now my second pair of barefoot pals and that probably says it all. They are immediately comfortable, look smart dressed up or down and are great for travelling due to their lightweight design.
The first pair and these were an initial test to try the brand out, it worked. I am so impressed that I am now looking at the chukka boots to replace my RM Williams boots that I have had for years. Compared to what RM Williams cost today, these boots and the chukka are great value. In effect you can get both for the price of one pair of RM Williams.
These shoes are the closest feeling to barefoot without actually being barefoot I have ever used. They are like having socks made of soft leather and just enough of sole to take the edge off any small pebbles or such you might walk on. Craftsmanship is top notch. I really like the reinforcement in the toe box which gives shoe like appearance to these otherwise extremely soft shoes. These will be my go to shoes from now on, and seeing the quality I am definitely considering getting a pair of their pricier models.
I've been wearing my new Gaucho Ninja barefoot safety trainers for 4 weeks / 5 days per week for my work and they are excellent. I used the measure guide that is provided before ordering the size and they fit perfectly and are so comfortable to wear right from day one, especially the toe box. My first impressions on quality and workmanship are very good - definitely have got a certain high quality to them that stands out from the crowd and it gives me assurances that these will last very well and long under the wear and tear of their working life. I would also like to comment that the customer service is excellent and the lady that gave me advice before and during my order was very helpful and quick to respond.
I would therefore highly recommend these safety trainers to anyone who requires safety wear and especially - if like me - you have or are transitioning to Barefoot zero drop soles for footwear.
These shoes are simply chill, good to walk on.

I’ve only had the Gaucho Ninja Barefoot Safety Trainers for two weeks, and I can confidently say they’re some of the best work shoes I’ve ever owned.
Right out of the box, they felt amazing. The barefoot design gives my feet the freedom to move naturally, and the wide toe box is a game changer for long shifts.
Despite their minimalist feel, they still offer proper safety features like a tough sole and solid grip. I've worn them every day since they arrived, and whether I’m standing, walking, or moving heavy things around, they’ve held up brilliantly. No aches, no pressure points, just all-day comfort and support (I have been wearing barefoot shoes for 3 years now).

I got a pair of bespoke boots from Gaucho Ninja on Etsy a few years ago, and they served me well in all climates and contexts, so I was really excited when I saw these. I got the brown sneakers, and they’re perfect - really comfortable, and the rubber sole is the perfect combination of shock absorbent and barefoot sensation. I love walking in these. They’re hands down the best shoes I’ve ever had, even better than my $2000 bespoke boots in some ways.
I have always been a safety boot guy at work. I had planned to get the goodyear safety boots, but I ran out of time with waiting for my size and my current boots were beginning to become unsafe, so I decided to try the sneaky ninja since they had my size in stock. This is my first jump into barefoot safety shoes as I have been wearing barefoot shoes for years, but not safety shoes/boots at work. I work partially in an office, and partially across a manufacturing plant's factory floor, and in the few weeks I have had these, I have loved them and I won't be going back! The shoes are lighter, more flexible, but still stand up fine to factory conditions. The shoes also hold up on the office side (with a little cleaning) and can be worn from the floor to meetings with ease. I used to change out of my boots every time I came off the shop floor, so that my feet would remain comfortable throughout the week. However, with these, I can keep them on all day and not worry about foot fatigue.
My only gripe is the tongue. The upper portion of the tongue does dig into my ankle a little, unless I loosen the shoe quite a bit. I do think this tongue material is breaking in a little bit and this is getting better, but currently it is still noticeable when I crouch in certain situations, but is far from painful, just noticeable. This small gripe would not keep me from buying another set of these should something happen to them.
I look forward to trying the boots as well once they are in my size as I have been very impressed with these.
These are my first shoes from GN, but will not be my last!
