Gaucho Ninja Limited is a UK registered company based in rural Herefordshire. The majority of our stock is held in Europe and will be shipped via DHL from our logistics agency in Ireland.

No, as our stock is shipped from Ireland you should not be charged import duties if your shipping address is based in the EU.

No, your order will be shipped firstly from our logistics centre in Ireland to our UK workshop, it will then be posted to you by tracked and signed for Royal Mail. No import fees will be charged to you.

At the time of writing the USA government has ended its duty-free de minimis threshold of $800 for commercial shipments to consumers on August 29, 2025. This means that imports into the USA are no longer exempt from tariffs and duties.
The import duties and tariffs are set by the USA government and are beyond Gaucho Ninja's control and do need to be paid by the customer. The charges will be levied prior to delivery by the courier company on behalf of the USA government.
However, we are very pleased to announce that Gaucho Ninja will soon have a USA domestic logistics agency which will fulfill all US based orders, we will put more information onto our website shortly regarding this development.

If you have ordered an item that is shown to be in stock, your order will normally be shipped within 24 hours and will take between 2 - 11 days to arrive once dispatched, depending on location. Yes, if the shoes are unworn and in original condition, they may be returned for a size exchange, in which case please contact us within 3 months of delivery, and we will arrange this for you. Please do carefully check your measurements and size recommendation according to our sizing information, prior to purchase to avoid unnecessary returns.

If your shoes are unworn and in original condition, they may be returned for a refund, in which case please contact us within 3 months of delivery, and we will arrange this for you. Refunds will be processed via your original payment method and total shipping costs (outbound and return) will be deducted.
