Processing time
The time I need to prepare an order for dispatch varies. For details, see individual items.
Delivery address
We will only ship items to a physical residential or commercial address where a named person is available to sign for the delivery of the order. For security reasons we will not ship orders to PO Box addresses or mail rooms.
Customs and import taxes
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.
