¡Che, loco! Let me tell you, these Sneaky Ninjas are something else.

I'm a freight forwarder (with a small van), in certain places they require safety shoes.

I found them extremely comfortable: you don't feel their weight so much, they leave room in the wide toe box for the free movement of the toes, and maintain flexibility when walking or bending down. Excellent quality of materials and finish, so I think that despite not being leather, they are made to last for a long time.

Fantastic Alternative to Classic Safety Boots

I have always been a safety boot guy at work. I had planned to get the goodyear safety boots, but I ran out of time with waiting for my size and my current boots were beginning to become unsafe, so I decided to try the sneaky ninja since they had my size in stock. This is my first jump into barefoot safety shoes as I have been wearing barefoot shoes for years, but not safety shoes/boots at work. I work partially in an office, and partially across a manufacturing plant's factory floor, and in the few weeks I have had these, I have loved them and I won't be going back! The shoes are lighter, more flexible, but still stand up fine to factory conditions. The shoes also hold up on the office side (with a little cleaning) and can be worn from the floor to meetings with ease. I used to change out of my boots every time I came off the shop floor, so that my feet would remain comfortable throughout the week. However, with these, I can keep them on all day and not worry about foot fatigue.
My only gripe is the tongue. The upper portion of the tongue does dig into my ankle a little, unless I loosen the shoe quite a bit. I do think this tongue material is breaking in a little bit and this is getting better, but currently it is still noticeable when I crouch in certain situations, but is far from painful, just noticeable. This small gripe would not keep me from buying another set of these should something happen to them.
I look forward to trying the boots as well once they are in my size as I have been very impressed with these.
These are my first shoes from GN, but will not be my last!

Best safety footwear

I've never had safety shoes even close to as good as these ones. I'm immediately a fan, but the majority of Gaucho Ninja products are not available in size 48. Whenever Gaucho Ninja makes a product that is available in size 48, I will basically leap at the chance to buy it.

These shoes are amazing, I have been searching for barefoot safety toe shoes for years. These are so lightweight and comfortable and my feet finally aren't in pain, even standing/walking for 8 hours a day at work.

Great Safety shoes

As a follow up to my earlier review. I have been wearing these even on office days they are so comfortable. After using traditional, heavy, stiff safety boots for many years these are a revelation. Once your feet get used to them (which only took a couple of days) you can wear them as ordinary shoes. They look good, but my main consideration is always comfort and practicality. I am entirely happy with them.

Near perfect. The price is steep but, the quality an the fact that it fulfilled my wishes of a barefoot wide toe box steel toe shoe makes it worth it.

In my experience, The steel toe part was uncomfortable on the front of the foot where the toes attach to your foot. Moving your toes up and down and even curling them would hurt.

However, by putting up with it, the shoes do break in and now I barely notice it. For reference, I wore ankle work socks which are not too thick.

Besides needing to break them in before you can wear them and be happy, these shoes are great. I wore these at work for 9 hours over the course of a few days to break them in. I never got any injuries/ blisters during the break in period but, everyone is different. If you have the money, Highly recommended!
