Whenever possible, US orders ship directly from our warehouse in Utah. Because these are domestic shipments within the US, no customs fees or import duties apply.
If a product is supposed to be stocked in Utah but happens to be out of stock there, it will ship from the EU or UK instead. To ensure the customer is not penalised for the item being out of stock, the seller pays all duties and taxes.

We have a warehouse in Ireland, and all the orders in the EU won't have additional custom charges.

For the UK, we have some of the stock in our workshop in Hereford. If not, we will import your order to the UK and then forward it to you with Royal Mail. You won't pay for any of the extra duties.
